ABSOLUT COUNTDOWN appears on page 25 of the 11/99 issue of Saturday Night mag (Canada). This ad shows the upper left quadrant of a clock, with the small (hour) hand pointing to 12 midnight and the large (minute) hand at 59½ seconds. The "pointer" of the latter is Absolut-shaped. It's a neat ad, with some pink, orange and blue streamers and confetti in the upper left-hand corner. The typical Canadian info, including ©1999 Sharpe Blackmore, Inc., is printed up the left margin.
Below the logo, is printed: "Add an ABSOLUT COUNTDOWN millennium clock to your desktop. Just visit www.AbsolutCountdown.com and follow the instructions posted." (A small picture of the ad is shown on that website.)
